We want to make sure our Love It or Change It Guarantee remains as simple as possible, but there are a few T’s & C’s to keep things fair.
These terms and conditions are in addition to our iDashboard General Terms and Conditions.
1. If you are not fully satisfied with the standard website design you selected, you may change to another eligible standard design within 7 days of your website going live.
2. To be eligible for this guarantee, your original website must be completed and made live, and all project fees must be paid in full.
3. To remain eligible for this guarantee, you must complete all required onboarding forms and information requests promptly, and the website must be made live within 90 days of completion of the onboarding forms.
4. This guarantee applies only to standard real estate website designs that have not had any paid customisations.
5. Hybrid websites, fully custom website builds, bring-your-own-design (BYOD) projects, and any website with paid customisations are not eligible for this guarantee.
6. If the replacement design is priced higher than the original design selected, additional fees may apply.
7. This guarantee is limited to one design change per project.
8. Once the guarantee is used, the original design selection is forfeited and cannot be reinstated or reverted to later.
9. This guarantee does not apply to promotional website offers, including zero upfront cost promotions and discounted promotional offers such as 30% off.
10. This guarantee covers the change of the base standard design only. Any additional work requested outside the standard design change, including new content entry, extra revisions, or further alterations, may incur additional charges.
